Set up a learning programme live calendar on Blueprint website

In the last week, Fiona and Lyn have both spoken to me about needing to confirm details of a workshop (e.g. in Lyn’s case a workshop was listed at the wrong venue in her
calendar and she needed to be able to check this). If they had access to the workshop event info they could check for themselves when they needed to know, rather than waiting until an admin was available to check it for them.  it would therefore also save admin's time.

If we set up a calendar feed to our Blueprint website, viewable by the public and our staff,
this might rectify this issue in terms of facilitators being able to see workshop details, admin not needing to stop their work to tell them this info, and also protecting the actual data in the management system?
