Contract Details

Hello


Just wondering if it is viable to put in a contract details tab to cover things like:


* for that contract who pays catering

* what is the per head cost for catering (if we are providing)

* what time do workshops start

* who is the liaison person at the organisation

* who is the Blueprint person who negotiated the contract

* who is the Blueprint sign off person for that contract

* we could move the billing information for ad hocs to here as well rather than under workshop details

* we would need the ability to add a number of contracts under the Ad hoc code


It should be viewable for all but only some should have access to edit/enter etc

this is a great idea, thanks Janine. it would be great to have a 'notes' section too - where we could note details of contact people, specific issues about the contract etc....

Could we also set the signatory for sign off under this area - would the system also be able to know if Ann Marie taught then she cannot sign off on her own workshops?
