Changes to "Bookers"

Hey

When my Pathways administrators are on leave and then come back how to I change the booker so e-mails go back to the right administrator?

For e.g. both Mary Ridley (pathways Hamilton) and Carol Emery (Pathways Auckland) have been on leave.  While they were away the bookers changed (to their support covers), now that they are back how do I change things so that they go Mary and Carol for those workshops that happened while they were away?
