Evaluations page update

Can we look at making some changes to the "evaluations home page" (the page that attendees choose what workshop they attended and complete an evaluation). Preferably making it a two step process where people have to choose what workshop type they attended (E.g MH101, Valuing Diversity), and then pick the date. This should hopefully minimize people completing evals for the wrong workshops. Cheers :)

I agree, and if it could somehow ask them to confirm as the third step (which would say something like : Valuing Diversity 13 March 2013 Wellington" - yes/cancel. I think its important to also have region (I had 2 valuing diversity workshops in one week, different facilitators, different dates, different regions and an attendee entered his eval to the wrong one).
